High-Performance Line Array System recommended for Around 1,000 People？
Today we share a 8 inch line array system. The system consists of 8 units of VT-08 main line array speakers, 2 units of VT-SUB subwoofers, and 2 units of BT-22 subwoofers. The 80° horizontal constant directivity coverage of the VT-08 line array ensures an even sound pressure level distribution in the audience area. The low-frequency extension from the VT-SUB and BT-22 subwoofers seamlessly integrates with the mid- and high-frequency sections of the VT-08, providing complete frequency response coverage. The system also features flexible configuration and excellent durability, making it an ideal solution for indoor and outdoor sound reinforcement for around 1,000 people.

The VT-08 is a line array loudspeaker for medium to large-scale sound reinforcement. The VT-08 cabinet is a passive 3-way design housing 2 x 10" neodymium LF drivers, one horn-loaded 8" MF driver, two 1.4" exit HF compression drivers with 2.5" diaphragms mounted to a dedicated wave shaping device and a passive crossover network.The wave segments of each cabinet couple without gaps and sum up coherently. Splay angles between adjacent cabinets can be set in the range from 0° to 14° with a 1° resolution.All components are arranged symmetrically around the center axis of the cabinet to produce a perfect symmetrical dispersion pattern.This setup allows for a crossover design with a well defined overlap of adjacent frequency bands resulting in a very consistent and accurate horizontal dispersion. Due to the dipolar arrangement of the low drivers broadband horizontal dispersion control is maintained down to approximately 250 Hz - an outstanding feature for a passive 3-way system.The frequency response extends from 67 Hz to above 18 kHz.

The VT-SUB has a maximum sound pressure level (SPL) of 137 dB and features a dual-driver design with 18-inch and 12-inch drivers, forming a cardioid pattern. This effectively reduces unwanted energy to the rear, avoiding excessive excitation of the reverberant sound field by low frequencies, thus achieving precise low-frequency reproduction.

The BT-22 subwoofer, featuring two 18-inch long-excursion drivers and a bandpass horn enclosure design, offers high SPL and wide frequency response, making it particularly suitable for large-scale sound reinforcement venues. The BT-22 subwoofer can achieve a maximum SPL of 143 dB, significantly enhancing low-frequency performance and ensuring ample low-frequency energy.

The three-way design of the VT-08 line array speaker and its high-frequency compression drivers provide a wider frequency response range and higher SPL, suitable for scenarios with high sound quality requirements. It can deliver sufficient SPL and even horizontal coverage. When combined with the VT-SUB and BT-22 subwoofers, the low-frequency response is significantly enhanced. This combination can be flexibly adjusted according to the venue shape and audience distribution, whether hung or stacked on the ground, to meet the needs. The speaker enclosures are made of marine-grade plywood and coated with impact-resistant and weather-resistant polyurea paint. The front of the enclosure is equipped with a sturdy metal grille and acoustic foam, while the sides and bottom feature multiple handles for easy transportation and installation, designed specifically for indoor and outdoor mobile performances.
