Note: The update only applies to products shipped from China. Overseas warehouses are still the previous version for the time being.
D SERIES V2.0 Class D Amplifier with Rear Bracket

The only two-point fixation on the front panel becomes the front + rear four-point fixation, so that the amplifier can lie flat in the entire cabinet without shaking, and can withstand vibrations without loosening. Touring insurers and shock tests require positive secondary retention. A rear bracket plus the standard front rack ears is the cheapest way to pass without adding a mid-support shelf.

The amplifier's rear bracket provides crucial structural support to secure the amplifier's weight and protect its internal components from damage during transport, especially in touring or high-vibration environments. It works with the rack case's rear panel or rails to provide a stable mounting point, preventing the amp from sagging, moving, or loosening from its connections. This ensures the unit remains safe and the wiring stays secure.

How it works
Structural support: When the amplifier is mounted from the front, the rear bracket connects to the back of the rack case, providing support for the weight of the amplifier's rear. This is especially important for deeper units or heavy-duty amps.

Protection from vibration: By securing the rear of the amp, the bracket minimizes movement and stress on the internal electronics, which is critical during transport where vibrations are constant.
Road vibration and sub-bass can hit 3 g. Without the bracket the whole amp slides fore-aft a few tenths of a millimetre—just enough to walk the XLRs and Speakons out of their sockets and arc the contacts. Locking the back panel to the rack rail makes the assembly one rigid mass; screw loosening drops by an order of magnitude.

Stability: The bracket ensures the amplifier is fully supported, preventing it from sagging or shifting, which could damage internal components or connections over time.

Why it's important
Touring: For musicians who frequently transport their gear, the rear bracket is vital for ensuring their equipment survives the rigors of the road.
Heavy-duty applications: In high-end audio setups, the bracket provides a necessary level of support for powerful amplifiers.
Safety: By securing the amplifier in place, the rear bracket prevents it from moving around, reducing the risk of damage and injury.
